Waterproof Grout Cement based for Joint Tile Powder JOTON CJ

 JOTON CJ is a high technology Cement-based Powder, contains special additives. When it is mixed with water, it becomes viscid to stick Joints of bricks, tiles....in construction.

Grey powder, waterproof, high bonding strength.

The coverage is twice more than cement mortar.

 Tools:

 Rate of mixture water/ powder = 0.25/1. the powder should be put into water gradually to avoid clotted.

After the powder absorbs water, it is stirred by a handle stir machine or stick until getting the flabby and identical mixture. Waiting for 7 or 10 minutes the stir again before using.

Surface of pasted tiles should be  dampened prior to spread grout. High porous tiles may require wet addition in order to prevent excessive suction. Completely fill the joints with mixed grout and smooth it with a rubber squeegee or float. Waiting for about 30 minutes the use a damp small sponge to clean up the tile surface and smooth the joints.
It is very important to use minimum amount of water, as over working the joints can cause water float and/or shade variation. Only when the grout in the joints  become hard, the surface can be cleaned with a clean, dry clothe to remove all remaining traces of powder
